Who we are and how to contact us

Camby Square operates camby.co.uk and the internal business reporting application described here. For questions about information we handle, or to exercise your privacy rights, email privacy@camby.co.uk.

Information from this website

This information site has no account registration, contact form, advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Our hosting provider, Hostinger, may process technical connection information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and access times to deliver and protect the website.

If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any information you choose to include. We use this information to respond and deal with your enquiry. Please only send information relevant to your request.

Our Amazon reporting application

Our application is for our own Amazon.co.uk business. It is not a service for connecting other advertisers’ accounts. Amazon Ads API access requires Amazon’s approval and account authorisation; this notice does not mean that access has been granted.

Once authorised, our advertising integration is intended to retrieve campaign and reporting information such as campaign, ad group and product identifiers, keywords or targeting, impressions, clicks, spend, attributed orders and sales. We use these figures to understand advertising performance, conversion rates, ACOS and ROAS, and to support decisions by our team.

We do not request shoppers’ names, delivery addresses or payment details through this advertising integration. Our initial integration is for reporting. This public website does not display private reports, host our reporting dashboard or collect Amazon account passwords.

Why we process personal information

For website operation, security and responding to business enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interests in running and protecting our business and answering messages. Where information is required to meet a legal obligation or handle a legal claim, we process it for that purpose. Amazon account authorisation separately controls the application’s access to Amazon services.

Access and service providers

We do not sell personal information or advertising account data. Information may be handled by authorised people supporting our business and by the providers needed for website hosting, email, business reporting, technical support and backups. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where UK data protection law requires safeguards for a transfer, these must be in place. Hostinger’s privacy policy explains its own processing.

Retention and security

We retain enquiries for as long as needed to answer them and keep a relevant business record. Reporting records are kept while needed for business analysis, subject to Amazon’s applicable terms. Retention depends on the purpose, unresolved enquiries and any legal record-keeping requirement; information should be deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.

Credentials and business reports belong in private business systems, with access for authorised business use. They are not published on camby.co.uk. If you are an authorised account holder and want to disconnect the application or request deletion of information we hold, contact us using the address above. Any legal retention obligation will be explained where it applies.

Cookies

These pages do not set cookies or use browser storage. We have not added marketing or analytics tools. Following a link to another website takes you to that provider’s separate privacy and cookie arrangements.

Your rights and concerns

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict its use, object to processing, or request portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. These rights concern personal information and are subject to applicable conditions.

Contact privacy@camby.co.uk with a request or concern. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. We will update this notice if our use of information changes.
